FORUS Industry intends to perform as one of the top five service providers in every market we serve. In order to achieve and maintain top five market position, it is our policy to obtain and use feedback from each of our significant clients at least annually. Whenever possible, client feedback is to be obtained in face-to-face meetings with executives responsible for decisions regarding procurement or acceptance of our work product. If a client declines meeting face-to-face, feedback may be obtained by telephone or using the electronic survey feature of the system, but face-to-face meetings are preferred. Client Assessments are required at least once per year on projects greater than $50,000 in revenue sold. Shorter term projects and those involving new services or new clients are required to obtain feedback at least once during the period of performance.

This policy applies to FORUS Industry and all FORUS’ businesses and subsidiaries worldwide, including joint ventures and similar partnerships managed by FORUS Industry.

Client assessments may be performed at the following levels:

  • Job

  • Contract

  • Ad Hoc
