FORUS Industry encourages and supports training and development, participation in professional organizations, professional registrations and educational programs for its employees as a means to strengthen individual knowledge and skills, which are related to their assigned duties and that, are necessary or desirable in order to sustain the excellence of services provided by FORUS Industry. In addition to sponsoring internal education programs, with advance supervisor approval, the company may provide financial assistance to employees in the form of normal pay for the time requirements to take a competency examination (if during normal business hours) and reimbursement for the fees and materials required to prepare for and take the exam.
